At Dead Romance, we strive to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner. Please review the following shipping terms:

• Processing Time: Each product lists its specific shipping timeframe in the product description. All items are pre-made.

• Guaranteed Shipping: All orders will be shipped within 48 hours from the order date, regardless of product type.

• Carriers: We use USPS for domestic (U.S.) orders and offer international shipping.

• Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a tracking number is issued, Dead Romance is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Any delivery issues must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.

• Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for entering a correct and valid shipping address at checkout. If an invalid address is provided and the order is returned to us, you must contact us at contactdeadromance@gmail.com. A refund will be issued for the order amount, excluding the shipping fee ($6–$8, non-refundable).

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we accept returns under the following conditions:

• Eligibility: Items must be in original condition (unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging). Proof of purchase is required.

• Return Window: Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after this period cannot be processed.

• Process: To initiate a return, email contactdeadromance@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. If approved, you will receive detailed instructions for returning your item.

• Refunds: Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or product, you may place a new order once your refund has been processed.
